Cardstream is reviewing an incident with our third party hosting provider that intermittently affected callback processing, access to the Merchant Management Systems (MMS), and Transaction processing between 04:39 and 07:23 GMT this morning.

Our third party hosting provider has confirmed that this was an isolated incident.

Our monitoring confirmed that card processing returned to normal levels at ~05:43 GMT and callback processing returned to normal levels at ~07:23 GMT.
